All employees receive a comprehensive induction to the company followed by regular performance reviews on an annual basis. Employees are encouraged to seek opportunities within the company and manage their own career, facilitated by their manager.

As part of the competence management process within Oce we have launched our state of art e-learning system know as LearnLink, which enables employees to complete online training courses, monitor their PDP (personal development programe), and to record the skills they have developed. Typical programmes include sales, service and marketing.

We have also implementated our Core Values programme Focus-on-Professionals, launched our Corporate Leadership labs and intensified our product training courses.
