Océ Document Portal is a web-based tool that enables people to utilise technology to organise, structure and protect their data.  The web browser based interface enables users to search for, view and request prints of the documents they require directly from their workstations.  When combined with an Océ Doc Exec Pro database, it can also provide an environment where data is fully revision controlled.

Océ Doc Portal provides a powerful collaborative tool that empowers people to share knowledge both internally and externally.  When used in combination with Océ Digital Distribution Manager, it enables both document push and pull scenario’s to deliver maximum efficiency in the document process.

Access to the Océ Document Portal is strictly controlled using log accounts that are password protected and are managed by a system administrator.  Authorisation requests for access can be submitted remotely via the web and then created accordingly by a system administrator who can set individual access requirements to contain only those data groups that are relevant.  This means that user access can be restricted to the data to which they have permissions. 

Océ Document Portal is a flexible tool that can be configured to suit most data access and sharing environments and thanks to it’s easy to use web browser based user interface it requires minimal user training or administration management.  It delivers the right document where and when it is needed at the click of a mouse.
