• Safety Policy
Océ (UK) Ltd shall provide and maintain conditions and systems of work that ensure the safety and health of employees and others who may be affected by our activities. Safety is the most fundamental aspect of Quality and is an integral part of our Quality policy, management systems and training programmes.
Overall responsibility for company-wide safety policy lies with the Personnel Director, who chairs the Health & Safety Steering Committee. Responsibilities and arrangements for implementation are set out in Personnel and departmental procedures.
However, every individual employee is responsible for co-operating with management and complying with this policy in every area within their control or influence, and for the safety of themselves and other people who may be affected by their actions or instructions. No one is permitted to initiate or continue any activity, operation or process that puts people at risk of injury.

Océ (UK) Ltd will support the business objectives of its customers by consistently meeting their requirements for safety, performance and satisfaction. Our quality management systems shall conform to ISO 9000, establishing quality objectives and striving for continual improvement.
• Environmental Care Policy
Océ (UK) Ltd shall ensure that all its products and activities comply with both current legislation and good working practices. We shall strive to minimise our impact on the environment by seeking continual reduction in the use of resources, waste generation, and by re-using and recycling where practical without degradation to quality.
• Code of professional conduct
By their attitude and actions, Océ staff shall at all times maintain proper:
Knowledge of relevant products, applications, Océ procedures and practices.
Confidentiality of both the customer's and Océ information (financial, business and technical).
Conduct of a high professional standard, including:
- Observing customers' rules and procedures.
- Being appropriately prepared, observant, polite and helpful.
- Providing accurate information to customers and colleagues.
- Disclosing any relevant conflict of interest for resolution by a higher authority.
- Not denouncing the competition, Océ, other organisations or individuals.
- Complying with the General Policies - Principles for the Océ Group, in particular the responsibilities to customers, communications, conduct of business and integrity.
