Answer : Prior to selecting Oce, we compared  many brands having technologies suitable to our business.   Oce was overall more reasonably priced selection.  In the past, we used a large amount  of paper and ink.   Maintenance cost was high when using small printers.  Obayahi learned our print jobs are a better match with wide format printer, thus  we gain extra  benefit.  Benefiting not only from savings of supplies but additionally in savings of time.  Prior to switching to Oce we used an  average of about 1250 sheets of paper per day with the small format printer.  Time spent on job using small print format was about 5 hours.  Oce equipment does the same job in wide format in about 1 hour, an efficiency increase of 80%.  Oce provides many options for direct to paper rapid print. Obayahi staff is now able to order 2 or 3 copy sets to be printed quickly and directly from the printer, eliminating the extra handling step of moving originals to a copier.
