You have several options to collecting meter readings. You can fax, call or email your meter readings, but we encourage you to use our web-based submission tool for faster, more accurate readings. You can access the tool through our web site. Using this tool eliminates the need for estimates and provides real time error checking and validation. To help make your meter reading process even more efficient, some models can provide a utility that allows your network administrator to remotely view meter readings, while other models can be programmed to automatically send meter readings via e-mail.
