"Océ was way out in front in the Service & Support category for the second year in a row", said Margie Davis, BERTL's Managing Director. "The Reader's Choice Award is based primarily on the views of end-users taking part in an online survey through our website. As well as carrying out our own exhaustive lab tests on around 350 systems each year, we wanted to find out what experienced and technically aware end-users think about the performance of digital printing systems and their vendors."

 

BERTL's online survey polled the views of many thousands of end-users in 56 countries around the world, providing a highly representative sample of digital printing system end-users. But as well as these end-users, the results also include the views of resellers, with participants in 49 countries. "We opened our survey up to resellers last year because they can give us a valuable additional insight into areas of system and vendor performance, including important aspects like ease of integration and Service & Support", according to Margie Davis.
