Executive summary
This document states Océ’s position and policy regarding Information Technology security, specifically in relation to Océ products in a networked environment. It provides information about relevant security issues and clarifies the direction that Océ is following to protect its customers’ document processes.

 

The measures taken are related to international standards recognised in the IT community, such as the Common Criteria Recognition Arrangement (CCRA) for evaluation of IT products. The paper concludes by giving an overview of the security policy in place that Océ has used to ensure its systems when used in both network and stand-alone environments address its customer’s security concerns.
