MS 06-007: Vulnerability in TCP/IP Could Allow Denial of Service.

This update resolves a newly-discovered vulnerability.

A denial of service vulnerability exists that could allow an attacker to send a
specially crafted IGMP packet to an affected system. An attacker could cause
the affected system to stop responding.
