Installation instructions
This patch will install and run only on the corresponding released Océ VarioPrint 2090 R3.2 version. This means that the upgrade from SAS will only work when the initial version is 7.4.4.44 (released version) or 7.4.4.45, 7.4.4.46, 7.4.4.47, 7.4.4.51, (previous patches). The version will be updated (visible in KOS/SAS and on the configuration report) to 7.4.4.52, thereby identifying the successful installation of the patch.
Before you upgrade the patch, make sure that the system does not contain any spooled jobs. To minimise any chance of unwanted interaction, it is adviced to clear the system as much as possible of any jobs in any of the queues and mailboxes.
Use the Settings Editor – System Administrator Settings, select system, software upgrade, upgrade software and browse to the directory where the patch is stored and then push OK.
An alternative method is to install the patch from CD-ROM. To do so, change the name of the file in "upgrade.zip", burn it on a CD-ROM and put the CD in the local CD-ROM drive.
When the patch is installed, re-boot the system.
