It is possible to remotely connect to the Océ CPS controllers. On these controllers, the E drive contains the Windows system. By connecting to this drive over the network and transferring files to it, the files become available on the controller.

  • Select the function "Map network drive" on your Windows system
  • Select a free drive letter for the CPS mapping
  • Enter: \\<controller name>\E$ as the folder
For <controller name> substitute the network name of the controller or enter the IP address of the controller
  • Click Finish to create the mapping

A window will open with the directory contents of the mapped drive. Via the normal file handling methods, files can now be transferred to the CPS print controller.

WARNING: Only transfer files that you know are authorised by Océ, and make sure that the connection and transfer is performed by authorised personnel. Any problems caused by invalid actions may lead to additional charges for restoring the system.
