Read on if: Your Océ 910C, Océ 960C or Océ 1000C controller system software version is lower than V1.3 AND the patch 1-FIFF9 is NOT installed on the controller (see the configuration page of your controller). If either pre-requisite is not valid, you do not need to install this patch, so go back to the previous page.
Download patch 1-FIFF9.PS
Make sure the controller is in idle state
Import the patch into the direct (or print queue) of the controller
Wait one minute after the controller has returned to idle
Shut down the controller
Restart and print a configuration page to check if the patch is installed
