The Océ Pagestream 88 is an all-in-one powerhouse. It's a special purpose printing system, a dedicated production printing system for standard forms, a pre-press printer for proofing jobs intended for high speed production, and a backup that can take over when other systems are temporarily down. Printing at a speed of up to 86 images per minute, one system outputs applications ranging from mailings, lists and invoices to security applications such as vehicle registration documents, permits, customs documents, and all kinds of tickets, from lottery to concert tickets. High tech, high quality
What sets the Océ Pagestream 88 apart from other electronic printing systems is that, instead of the usual combination of heat and pressure, it uses a no-contact flash fusing process to bond the toner. In just a fraction of a second the toner is bonded to the print media using only light. The resulting print quality is as good as any produced by other digital printing technologies. The Océ Pagestream 88 even prints crisp, readable barcodes on coated print media.

Smooth operator with special media
Besides special materials, the Océ Pagestream 88 is an equally smooth operator when handling special paper stock, such as multi-ply paper and multipart sets.
