The Pagestream 158 DC processes variable data streams with ease. It outputs IPDS data at dpi resolutions of 240, 300 or even 600 - your choice. In addition, you can print PCL data at 300 or 600 dpi.

Adding considerably to production flexibility is this: even existing data streams are automatically output at optimum quality without system intervention. To enhance performance even more, the printer features a modular SRA controller with scalable performance for more functionality and security.

The controller - and thus your entire printing system -can be easily upgraded, which future-proofs your investment.

We also have investment protection in mind when it comes to compatibility. Like all Océ printers, the Pagestream 158 DC fits seamlessly into all standard network and host environments. Pre-processing and finishing systems are equally easy to connect and operate, thanks to the integrated Intelligent Paper Processing Interface (IPPI).

The Pagestream 158 DC prints double-sided in black-and-white and an additional colour. In duplex printing, CustomTone can be applied to every single page. As though it were a long-established standard, the Pagestream 158 DC handles different qualities of stock from 70 to 190 g/m² , in formats from US Letter to A3. And to ensure you're in command of all the options, the patented 10 1/2" touchscreen puts access to all basic settings at your fingertips.

In addition, two optional devices are available to increase the input and output capacity and therefore the productivity of the entire system.

First, the HCS, or High Capacity Stacker, services a high output capacity. It is available as a single or tandem configuration, handling output of up to 10.000 sheets of paper.

In cases where a higher input capacity is also required, you can attach the Cascade, an additional input tower. The Cascade increases the solution from four to eight input trays, or from 5,000 to 10,000 sheets of paper.
