Online bookletmaking at full speed
The Bookletmaker receives the sheets directly from the printer, rotating small formats such as A4 to short-edge first orientation. The sheets are pre-collated in the buffer, which enables the Océ Demandstream and the Océ VarioPrint 5000 press to run at full rated speed. The Bookletmaker than adds cover sheets and inserts at the positions you have requested. Thanks to the special vacuum-feed technology of the Interposer trays, the Bookletmaker can handle virtually any kind of cover or insert. The feeding sequence is controlled electronically. From the buffer, the sheets are fed into the stitching module, where the document is corner-stitched, side-stitched or centre-stitched. Finally the
