The Océ BB2008 glue binder has the versatility to process all kinds of books and documents in a wide range of formats, thicknesses and paper grades. Formats of up to 230 x 330 mm can be handled, with a maximum thickness of 43 mm that represents as many as 700 pages (350 sheets), using paper weights from 65 - 200 gsm.

Installed on line, the binder automatically receives the output from the Océ copier, collates the copies, binds the finished documents and delivers them neatly stacked for loading and delivery.

Binding is a productive, high speed operation with the Océ BB2008 glue binder. In on-line configurations, the binder maintains throughput rates of up to 200 cycles per hour, keeping pace with the output of the Océ 2600 or 3100 copiers.

Full physical integration of copier and binder ensures smooth, trouble-free operation with minimum need for manual intervention. The input capacity of the Océ 3100 is 5000 sheets which is sufficient for as much as 80 minutes of unattended operation.
