Venlo, The Netherlands, 19 August 2008 — Océ, an international leader in digital document management, today announced the nomination of Hans A. Kerkhoven to succeed Chief Financial Officer Jan van den Belt in the Board of Executive Directors. An Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on 21 October 2008 to endorse the nomination of the new CFO. Van den Belt, 62, will be stepping down from the Board of Executive Directors, having reached his retirement age. He has been CFO at Océ since the year 2000.
