Océ launches a new innovative workflow solution - Océ PRISMAaccess

This print management software is designed to accelerate workflows while giving a crystal clear overview of the status of print jobs.

Derived from the knowledge gained from more than 1000 Océ Doc Works installations, this powerful new job submission tool was created when the components in Océ Doc Works were divided into Océ PRISMAaccess and Océ PRISMAprepare. Océ PRISMAaccess provides more functionality and greater control for the production printing workflow i.e. printrooms and printshops.

Océ PRISMAaccess helps operators stay in control of the process
This workflow management has several tools built in the software to make the printing process easier and highly reliable. The software design provides customers with the ability to submit jobs from their desktop. The acceptance view at the production site provides easy user monitoring and control over the workflow, and was designed so that operators can work more intuitively and faster. By adding the modular Océ PRISMAprepare, full makeready functionality for analogue and digital documents becomes available. Additionally, Océ PRISMAaccess, which is fully based on an open, PDF workflow, offers printer-independent production and a reprint archive.
