The 120 ppm Océ VarioPrint 4120 and the 106 ppm Océ VarioPrint 4110 black-and-white digital printing systems are designed for environments that print between 100,000 and 1,500,000 pages per month, with peak volumes up to 2,500,000. The systems bring sophisticated printing, copying, scanning and finishing to commercial printshops and in-house printrooms.
The Océ VarioPrint 4000 series is the newest addition to the highly successful, award-winning Océ VarioPrint line. Customers can reliably produce offset-class output, while maximizing uptime, minimizing downtime and reducing maintenance. Demanding mid-volume and high-volume production environments gain unsurpassed throughput, quality and versatility to handle a variety of advanced applications. Printshops can expand services to include variable data, tabs and full speed interposing using the same system. Operators can efficiently run jobs on a wide variety of media, and choose from several professional finishing options. Duty cycles up to 1,500,000 images per month provide more than ample capacity for busy print operations.

Accurate, Reliable Océ CopyPress Printing
The Océ VarioPrint 4000 series features unique Océ CopyPress imaging, which presses toner directly into the paper. The toner fuses at much lower temperatures than conventional systems and without waste or dust. With lower temperature fusing, print media doesn’t curl when put through the system, resulting in fewer problems with jams and downtime. Further productivity advantages of the new systems include an intuitive interface for comprehensive control. Excellent registration ensures reliable accuracy when printing books, manuals and other publications. The systems run at rated speed on a variety of media, including coated and heavy stock, and deliver productive printing even on oversized and custom media. The Océ VarioPrint 4000 series is fully modular from submission to delivery, and the Océ VarioPrint 4110 system can be upgraded to an Océ VarioPrint 4120 version to grow with the customer’s business. A key component of the system is the Océ PRISMAsync controller, which brings high performance, multi-tasking capabilities and high RIP speed. It can store over 200,000 A4-size pages, and even larger jobs can be printed in streaming mode. Inline finishing options include punching, stacking/stapling, booklet making and binding. In addition, the systems are fully supported by Océ PRISMA software for high workflow efficiency and seamless integration in third-party printing environments.
Seamless Interoperability for Workflow Flexibility
Integration support enables seamless interoperability in Xerox and other proprietary environments. The Océ VarioPrint 4000 series is compatible with Adobe Postscript, PCL, PDF and IPDS data streams, opening new opportunities for customers in transactional and transpromo environments, as well as for mixed shops that have other printers connected to the IPDS workflow. As a result, customers can easily integrate Océ VarioPrint 4000 systems into their existing operations.
The Océ VarioPrint 4000 series also continues the Océ commitment to environmental
sustainability. It is designed for low power consumption, energy-saving performance, zero ozone emissions, quiet operation and RoHS compliance.
